Ripon's women's basketball team received a pair of All-Conference selections Tuesday, as announced by the conference office, with Senior Emma McDonald and Junior Maggie Oimoen each earning a spot on the First Team. The Midwest Conference Champion Red Hawks are the only team to have more than one player named First Team All-Conference.

Oimoen is making an appearance on the MWC's First Team for the second consecutive season. The Biology and Psychology major from Barneveld, Wis. leads the conference in Field Goal Percentage (.476), while also ranking in the top 10 in scoring (13.9 ppg), rebounding (7.2 rpg), and blocked shots (1.0 bpg). Oimoen also leads the MWC in offensive rebounds per game (4.0), which ranks 83rd in Division-III.

With one full season remaining, Oimoen currently ranks 12th in school history for career points (916), third in blocked shots (78), and seventh in double-doubles (9).

McDonald is making her first All-Conference appearance. A Biology major from Onalaska, Wis., McDonald finished the season leading the conference in both 3-point percentage (.445) and 3-pointers made per game (2.8), ranking 10th and 33rd, respectively, in Division-III. She broke the school record for 3-pointers made in a single season with 69 on the year, which is fifth in MWC history, while finishing with the third-highest single season 3-point percentage in school history. In addition to that, McDonald ranked in the top 10 in the MWC in scoring (12.4 ppg) and steals (1.7 spg). She also recorded 4.7 rebounds and two assists per game.

A three-time Academic All-Conference performer and three-time MWC Elite 20 Award winner, McDonald broke the school record for career 3-pointers this season, finishing her career with 167. She also ranks 15th in school history for career points (871) and fourth in blocked shots (77).
