Newbery helped Ripon's men's swim team to a 101-90 dual meet victory over UW-Oshkosh on Saturday. He won the 100 freestyle with a time of 50.47, while finishing second in both the 200 freestyle (1:53.76) and 100 breaststroke (1:06.26).
