Beek helped Ripon's men's team to a fifth-place finish at the 2014 Midwest Conference Championships over the weekend, as he was named MWC Field Performer of the Meet. Beek won the shot put with a throw of 54-10, while finishing fourth in the discus with a throw of 140-06.
