Waters earned First Team All-State honors at Saturday's Wisconsin Private College Championships, leading the Red Hawks to a fifth-place finish at the eight-team event. He finished ninth among the 73 individuals that finished the race with an 8K time of 28:11, which was just 19 seconds shy of the top five.
