Emma Allen excelled at Saturday's Lawrence Invitational. She won the 400 meters with a time of 60.02, which is the sixth-fastest time in the Midwest Conference this season. She also ran a leg on Ripon's second place 4x400 relay team that finished with a time of 4:16.14, which ranks fifth in the MWC this year.
