Sawyer led Ripon to a comeback victory in Saturday's 50-47 win over Monmouth College. The junior quarterback rushed for 123 yards on 14 carries (8.8 ypc), while scoring a career-high four touchdowns. He also completed 7-of-13 passes for 73 yards. Sawyer now has 14 rushing TDs this season, which is tied for fifth in school history for a single season. He also has 21 career rushing touchdowns, which is tied for seventh in school history.
