Paloumpis helped Ripon finish fifth out of nine teams at the Midwest Conference Championships over the weekend. He was a part of three school record relays, swimming a leg on Ripon's record-setting times in the 200 freestyle (1:30.24), 400 freestyle (3:14.74) and 800 freestyle (7:10.36).
