Tadych helped Ripon win all three of their games last week, improving the Red Hawks to 9-0-0, which is the best start to a season in program history. In the three games, Tadych recorded four goals and three assists. She either scored or assisted on the game-winning goal in all three games. She played a role in seven of Ripon's 11 goals during the week.
