At the Midwest Conference Championships over the weekend, Stockwell led the way for Ripon as he scored 31 points during the two-day championship meet. On Friday, Stockwell competed in the Shot Put, finishing in second place with a toss of 50-2.75, which marks his third consecutive All-Conference performance in that event. Stockwell then competed in the Javelin for the first time this season, launching the spear out 159-11.75, which was good for fourth-place and is the fourth-best javelin throw in program history. In the Discus on Saturday, Stockwell claimed the first conference championship of his standout career. On his second throw of the competition, he launched the disc out to a lifetime best of 158-11, which was the top throw in the event by almost ten feet. That performance currently ranks Stockwell 27th in NCAA Division III. His first event of the day was the Hammer Throw where he also had a lifetime best with a toss of 173-07 to secure second-place, and his third all-conference performance of the weekend.
