Ryback helped Ripon's team go 2-0 during their opening week, as she won both of her singles matches and both of her doubles matches (along with Brianna Bembenek), while playing at the top flight in both. Against Lakeland, Ryback won her number one single match 6-1, 6-1 and her doubles match 8-4. She also won her singles match against Marian 6-1, 6-1, while defeating the Sabres in doubles play 8-1.
