Steffes led Ripon to a season-opening 70-51 victory against Luther College on Wednesday, scoring a game-high 11 points on 3-of-5 shooting, while making both of his 3-point attempts. He also recorded seven rebounds and a game-high six assists, to go along with one blocked shot in 26 minutes.
