Fish was the winning pitcher in two of the Red Hawks' three Midwest Conference Tournament victories over the weekend, as he helped guide Ripon to its 20th MWC Championship and 11th trip to the NCAA Regional Tournament. In his lone start during the weekend, Fish allowed four earned runs and struck out four in seven innings in an 8-7 victory over St. Norbert. He followed that up by coming on in relief during Ripon's Championship-clinching 13-inning victory against the Green Knights, allowing no runs and just two hits in the final 5.1 innings.
