Sam Forstner ran a personal record of 25:21 at the NCAA North Region cross country meet, finishing 22nd out of 214 runners and earning NCAA All-Region honors. Sam is the second Ripon College male to ever earn the honor. His strong finish led the men’s team to 13th place out of 35 teams for the best finish in school history at the regional meet.
