Jaylen Mahone scored his 1,000th point on Tuesday while playing against Lake Forest. The win secured the Red Hawks’ spot in the Midwest Conference Tournament. He averaged 16.5 points and 8 rebounds in the Red Hawks’ pair of victories against Lake Forest and Knox College.
