Sam Forstner broke the school record from 1987 in the 10,000M on Friday at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. His time of 30:56.52 broke the record held by Jay Allen by 46 seconds, and is currently the fastest performance in the Midwest Conference by one minute.
