Denamur was the top performer for women's cross country at the 2023 Midwest Conference Championships on Saturday in Iowa. Her time of 22:55.34 gave her an individual runner-up finish after a third-place finish in 2022. Her fourth top-five finish of the season earned her All-Midwest Conference status for the second consecutive season.
