In Saturday's long jump against Division I, Division II and NJCAA competition at the Drake Relays, Walker took first with a high-water mark of 7.50m on his last jump of the day to highlight Ripon's weekend in Des Moines. In the process, he successfully defended his long jump title from the 2023 Drake Relays. His jump of 7.50m is currently the top long jump score in the Midwest Conference.
