Walker was named the Midwest Conference Men's Outstanding Field Performer of the Meet at last weekend's MWC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. The graduate student won the long jump, won the triple jump and took eighth in the high jump. This was his third such honor and he now stands fifth in the country in the long jump.
