Lois Van Leer was a three-sport standout at Ripon College in track, volleyball and basketball, lettering all four years in each sport. As a senior, Van Leer won the conference championship in shot put, javelin and discus, while simultaneously setting conference records in each event. Van Leer also served as the captain of the volleyball team.
