Bradley participated in football, baseball and wrestling during his time at Ripon College. On the gridiron, Bradley helped Ripon achieve a record of 22-15 in his four seasons with the team. In 1995, Bradley was named Midwest Conference First Team as a defensive back, recording 88 tackles and three interceptions that season, to go along with a punting average of 31.9 yards.
As a pitcher and outfielder on the baseball diamond, Bradley was named Midwest Conference Second Team in 1995. In wrestling, Bradley, who was the only member of the Ripon College team, held an overall record of 42-8 and was named First Team All-Conference during the 1993-94 season, while qualifying for the NCAA Division III National Wrestling Tournament that same year.
While attending Ripon College, Bradley was awarded the Jeff A. Thompson Award in 1994 for his determination, enthusiasm, perseverance, and unselfishness as a member of the wrestling and football teams. He also received the Samuel N. Pickard Award in 1996 for his athletic ability, scholarship, character and college loyalty.
