Ripon College Athletics

Mike Immel participated in track and field and football at Ripon College. He was the 1996 NCAA Division-III National Discus Champion, a three-time NCAA Division-III National Qualifier, four-time Midwest Conference Discus Champion, four-time Wisconsin Private College Discus Champion, Wisconsin Private College discus record-holder and Ripon College discus record-holder. In football, he played linebacker for two years before transitioning to tight end where he was twice named First Team All-Conference.
