MILWAUKEE, Wis. - The Ripon College women's tennis team traveled to Alverno College Saturday morning, where they lost to the Inferno, 6-3.

In singles play, Ripon's wins came at the number two and five flights. At number two singles, Courtney Olson was victorious, 6-1, 6-0, while Samantha Kiesner won her number five singles match, 6-4, 6-1. Ripon's only win in doubles play came at the third flight where Kiesner teamed up with Carly Wesner to win by a score of 8-5.

The Red Hawks will be back in action on Sunday when they'll host Loras College in Ripon's home finale. That match will begin at 10 a.m. at Larson Courts.
