RIVER FOREST, Ill. - Ripon's women's tennis team won their fourth match in a row Wednesday night, defeating Dominican (Ill.) by a score of 5-0 to improve their record to 6-0 on the road this season. The Red Hawks won all three doubles matches, while winning two singles matches to decision.
At the top doubles flight, Ripon's
Morgan Makar teamed up with
Katelyn Peroutka to win 9-7. The number two team of
Samantha Kiesner and Greta McKinnon and number three team of
Hannah Ryback and
Madison Rostollan were each victorious by identical 8-0 scores.
In singles play, Greta McKinnon won her number five match 6-0, 6-0, while
Sarah Weber ended the match with a 6-1, 6-0 victory at the number four flight.
Ripon (6-2, 4-2 MWC) will be in action again on Friday when they'll travel to MSOE. That match will begin at 4 p.m. in Milwaukee, Wis.
