Match Recap: Women's Tennis |

Ripon Loses Two Matches On Saturday

Ripon's women's tennis team lost to both Lake Forest College and Beloit College on Saturday by identical 9-0 scores.

In their first match of the day, defending Midwest Conference team champion Lake Forest (9-1, 6-1 MWC) won all six singles matches and all three doubles matches by a combined score of 24-1. Ripon ended their day by losing all six singles matches to Beloit (1-7, 2-6 MWC) and losing all three doubles matches to the Buccaneers by a combined score of 24-4.

The Red Hawks (2-9, 1-7 MWC) will close out their regular season next weekend when they'll host St. Norbert College. That match will begin at 4 p.m. at Ripon High School.
