RIPON, Wis. – The Ripon College women's track and field team competed at the Ripon Final Qualifier and did well.
In the mile,
Jada Johnson turned in a time of 5:56.58 for second place while
Lili Alderson was third in 6:56.00.
Payton Rahn took second in the 400m with a time of 1:01.13.
Greta Mahler recorded a time of 12:16.86 for fourth place in the 3,000m.
Olivia Miller garnered a second-place finish in the long jump with an effort of 5.69m. The triple jump featured Rahn and Nichole Arnhold. Rahn was third at 10.56m while Arnhold was fourth with an effort of 9.70m.
Arynn Mathieu earned the silver medal with a mark of 15.16m in the weight throw.
Kalyn Otzelberger finished the shot put in third after posting a mark of 12.56m.
The pentathlon featured
Caroline Flesch. She turned in a solid performance, earning a silver medal in the high jump at 1.51m.
UPDATED: Olivia Miller qualified to participate in the 2023 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships for long jump. The championships will be held March 10-11 at the Birmingham CrossPlex in Birmingham, Alabama.
