OWATONNA, Minnesota – The Ripon women's tennis program fell 6-1 to Northwestern (Minn.) on Saturday afternoon at the Owatonna Tennis, Pickleball and Fitness Center.
Northwestern (5-8) got on the board early, sweeping all three doubles courts from Ripon (4-18).
The Eagles had similar success in singles, taking courts one, three and six to clinch the match victory. Though Northwestern also picked up victories on courts two and four,
Allison Pavlovec earned a point for Ripon with a 7-5, 6-2 win on the fifth line.
