RIPON, Wisconsin – Bridget Finn of the Ripon women's track and field program has been named Midwest Conference Outdoor Field Performer of the Week as announced by the league on Tuesday afternoon.
 
Finn won both the high jump (1.70m) and the javelin (35.59m) at Friday's Fox River Showdown. Her PR high jump mark is now #5 across all of Division III and tops across the Midwest Conference, as well as second all-time at Ripon. She also ran a 0.31 second PR in the 100 hurdles, and her time of 14.85 is second in the MWC.
 
This is the second career outdoor honor for Finn, and the fifth such award for Ripon this season.

 Jenny Cortes were both recognized on April 1, while Finn was honored on April 15 and 
Dameco Walker was recognized last week.
 
Ripon heads to Appleton this Friday and Saturday (May 9-10) for the Midwest Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships hosted by Lawrence.
