PERSONAL: Daughter of Gregory and Beth Horstmeier...Has one sibling, William...Most memorable swimming moment is breaking the 200 breaststroke record at the Grinnell Classic meet because the support I had from my team was incredible...Chose Ripon College because of the small campus, closely-knit community, and opportunity to continue swimming career, while also getting a great education...Favorite team to compete against is Lawrence University...Hobbies include writing, walking my dog, babysitting, reading, laughing, taking pictures of sunsets, and swimming...Favorite athlete is Emma Goral...Season goal is to make it the best season yet...Career goal is to love what I do and be adventurous
