Sam underwent brain surgery back in May of 2023 which ended her soccer career as an athlete. She then committed herself to throwing for the track and field team, putting in countless hours of work in a new event (javelin). In her first outdoor meet of 2024, she recorded the sixth-best javelin throw in school history. |

Ella was a junior transfer who was Midwest Conference Player of the Year, Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Private School Player of the Year, first team All-MWC, d3hoops.com second team All-Region, WBCA Academic All-State, CSC Academic All-District and led the team in scoring and rebounding. She led the conference with 11 double-doubles and set the single-season program record for rebounds with 247. |

Dameco became the second athlete in school history to earn two NCAA All-American awards as the same championship, doing so at the 2024 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships. He placed third in the long jump and fourth in the triple jump for the third and fourth All-American honors of his career. |
