PRIOR COACHING EXPERIENCE
Prior to his current position, Wood spent one year serving as Ripon's Associate Coach for both the Cross Country and Track & Field programs, handling recruiting duties, coordinating training, and overseeing the sprint, hurdle, and jumping events. During that season, Ripon broke two school records and earned eight All-Midwest Conference performances.
Prior to working at Ripon College, Wood spent seven seasons with Whitefish Bay High School's Track & Field program. During his time at Whitefish Bay, they won three North Shore Conference Championships (Indoor, Relays, Outdoor) and in 2016 the boy's team won their first outdoor conference title in 34 years.
