Jake Marshall is in his second season as the Head Football Coach at Ripon College. He joined Ripon College’s coaching staff in December of 2016 and previously served as Ripon's Associate Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, and Recruiting Coordinator, while also coaching the Quarterbacks. Marshall came to Ripon from fellow Midwest Conference school Beloit College, where he served in a variety of roles for three years, including as Offensive Coordinator during the 2016 season.

In his first season leading the Red Hawks, Ripon went 5-5 overall in 2023 and 5-4 in Midwest Conference play. The Red Hawks won four of their final six games, highlighted by a 12-0 home win over previously undefeated and nationally ranked Lake Forest in the grand opening of Hopp Stadium on October 21. Kyle Olson, Alex Mosqueda and Jake Davies were each named second-team All-Midwest Conference performers, while Jack Berens' 15 passing touchdowns and 125 completions ranked 10th all-time in Ripon's single-season record books. Additionally, Mosqueda's 893 receiving yards in 2023 were also 10th in program history.
Marshall is no stranger to Ripon College, graduating in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management, while playing quarterback for the Red Hawks. As a senior, Marshall served as team co-captain, while also being voted the team's offensive MVP after tying a school record with 19 rushing touchdowns, a mark that still stands today. His 114 points ranked fourth in NCAA Division-III that season and is third in school history for a single season.
Prior to his stop at Beloit, Marshall spent three years at Coe College where he served as both the quarterbacks and wide receivers coach.

Marshall is a native of Valders, Wis., where he attended Valders High School. He and his wife Summer currently reside in Ripon with their son Woodson and daughter Keller.
