Ferkey was an important part of a Ripon defense that allowed just 95 second-half yards in Saturday's 24-14 victory over Rockford University. He recorded a team-high 10 tackles, including half a sack. Ferkey also intercepted a pass in the fourth quarter, returning it 36 yards, which set up Ripon's final touchdown.
