Walker had a historic day on Saturday, as he led Ripon to a first-place finish at the 13-team Dick Hendrick's Invitational. He set an individual school record in the 200m and ran a leg on the 4x200 relay that also established a new school record. Walker's time in the 200m of 22.52 breaks an 11-year-old record, while the team of Walker, Ben Fisher, Steven Klika and Jacoby Cefalu eclipsed a seven-year-old mark by 0.10 seconds. In addition to the school records, Walker also won the Long Jump with a distance of 22-07.25. On the MWC Honor Roll, Walker currently sits first in the Long Jump, 4x200 and 4x400, second in the 200m and 400m dashes, and third in the Triple Jump.
