RIPON, Wis. - The Ripon volleyball team closed out their 2014 season Saturday afternoon with an easy three-set victory over Beloit College. The Red Hawks were rarely challenged and never trailed during the first two sets, before winning 25-11, 25-12, 25-10. With the win, Ripon finishes the season 16-11, marking the program's most victories in a season in 10 years.
All 15 players saw playing time for the Red Hawks (16-11, 6-4 MWC).
Emily Gary led the way with 12 kills, while
Katie Berrell was second on the team with 10. Both players finished with hitting percentages of at least .470.
Abbi Williamson led the team with 31 assists, while
Brianne Milroy added 17 digs, adding to her career total that finishes fourth in school history.
Beloit (3-22, 0-10 MWC) was led by Jaylan Dunn's four kills, while Cheyenne Moffatt led the Buccaneers with 12 assists.
