Box Score RIPON, Wis. - After 110 minutes of soccer, Wednesday's game between Ripon and Lawrence did not have a winner, as the two teams played to a tie with each school scoring one goal apiece. The contest was even throughout, with Ripon out-shooting Lawrence 20-18, including 4-1 in the two overtime periods combined.
Lawrence (1-10-1, 0-4-1 MWC) got on the scoreboard first when Nicholas Jatta netted his 11th goal of the season, scoring on a free kick in the 10th minute. The score would remain 1-0 into the second half until Ripon's
Noah Fish tied things up in the 69th minute with his second goal of the season on an assist from
Zach Carlson.
Both Goal Keepers played admirably, as Ripon's
Jimmy Amedeo and Lawrence's Julien Riviere each made 13 saves, while both played all 110 minutes.
