MOUNT VERNON, Iowa - Ripon's men's soccer team lost their second conference game in as many days Sunday afternoon, falling to Cornell College by a score of 1-0. Cornell also held the advantage in total shots by an 11-5 margin.
The only goal of the game came during the second half, in the 56th minute. Kean Johansen did the honors with his third goal of the season for the Rams (3-5-0, 1-1-0 MWC), with assists going to Ethan Beruba and Michael Paquette.
Ripon Goal Keeper
Jimmy Amedeo played the entire 90 minutes, making eight saves. Cornell's Jerome Richards also played the entire game, recording three saves in the shutout.
