APPLETON, Wis. - Ripon had one final tuneup Saturday before next weekend's Midwest Conference Championships, falling to Lawrence University by a score of 7-2.

The Red Hawks lost all three doubles matches by a combined score of 24-3, while winning two of their six singles matches. Drew Jorgensen won his number one singles match 4-6, 6-4, 12-10, while Preston Wurtz was victorious at the third flight, 6-4, 3-6, 10-5).

Ripon will be in action again next weekend at the annual MWC Championships on Saturday and Sunday at Nielsen Tennis Center in Madison, Wis.
