MOUNT VERNON, Iowa - Ripon's men's tennis team lost at Cornell College on Sunday by a score of 9-0.

The Red Hawks lost the three doubles matches by a combined score of 24-8, while also dropping all six singles matches. Ripon's most competitive match came at number six singles where Daniel Garcia lost a nailbiter 2-6, 7-5, 7-10. Marcus Austin also narrowly lost his match at number five singles, falling 6-3, 3-6, 4-10.

Ripon will be in action again on Friday when they'll travel to St. Norbert College. That match will begin at 6:15 p.m. in Green Bay, Wis.
