MILWAUKEE, Wis. - Ripon's men's soccer team fell to MSOE Saturday afternoon by a score of 2-0, as the Raiders scored one goal in each half. MSOE also held an 18-3 shot advantage in the contest.
The Raiders (1-0-1) wasted no time, as they scored on a goal by Drew Baumann just one and a half minutes into the game, thanks to an assist from Zach Blair. Their other goal didn't come until there were under eight minutes remaining in the game when Lucas D'Amato scored on assists from Baumann and Joe Schauer.
Both Goal Keepers played all 90 minutes in the net. Ripon freshman
Kenny Smith made three saves, while Patrick Grund preserved the shutout without saving a shot.
