Ripon's volleyball team lost in three sets to Loras College on Friday night, but redeemed themselves the following day with a hard-fought five-set victory in their 2021 season finale.

Friday night's match saw Loras (19-9) win 25-19, 25-13, 25-19. Ripon was led by MaKenna Harmsen's 10 kills, while Arynn Mathieu and Inesha Wiseman added seven and six, respectively. Riley Nielsen led the Red Hawks with 20 assists, while Micaela Encarnacion led the way with 20 digs as she celebrated Senior Night.

The following day, Ripon again fell in an early hole, losing the first two sets at Beloit College 20-25 and 23-25. They would win the next two as well (25-18, 25-20), before winning the fifth and deciding set by a 15-10 margin.

Ripon (10-16, 2-6 MWC) was led by Inesha Wiseman and Mathieu, who each recorded 15 kills, while Lydia Ellis registered 11 kills and a hitting percentage of .300. Nielsen led the way in assists once more with 35, while Rachel Callow chipped in with 15. Mathieu also led the team in service aces (4), while Encarnacion recorded a match-high 39 digs.
