Ripon's men's and women's cross country teams were each named to the 2021 Division-III All-Academic Team recently, as announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). In order to receive this award, a team must have a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.10 or better. Overall, there were 163 women's teams that earned the distinction, while 137 men's teams received the honor.

Coached by Corey Bins, Ripon's women's cross country team achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.59. Members of the team include Lili Alderson, Jazmin Antonio-Reyes, Alison Denamur, Sophia Dubord, Grace Engebretson, Bridget Finn, Mikayla Flyte, Jahaira Gonzalez, Natalie King, Greta Mahler, Natalie McNeely, Alyssa Naber, Natalie Pakosz, Maggie Searles, Kiki Sherman, Morgan Waye, Makaila Weddle, and Isabelle Willett.

Ripon's men's cross country team, also coached by Bins, achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.28. Members of that team include Adrian Baquera, Riley Clement, Jonah DeCleene, Sam Forstner, Joshua Graves, Benjamin Hildebrand, Brad Hoffman, Miles Kremsreiter, Brady Krueger, Christian Kuwaye, Blake Linsmeyer, Wyatt Lowrance, Niko Martinez-Ortiz, Ian Murray, RJ Olson, David Potter, Garrett Radtke, Matt Seeber, Jamar Thomas, Sam Trzebiatowski, and Rainier Villanueva.
