The Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association has announced Coach of the Year, Coaching Achievement, and College Player of the Year awards for the 2021-22 season, with Ripon College forward
Alison Leslie earning Division-III Private College Player of the Year honors.
A First Team All-Conference selection this season, Leslie led the Red Hawks in scoring with with 14.9 points per game, which ranked sixth in the Midwest Conference, helping the team win their fourth consecutive MWC Championship and advance to the NCAA D-III Tournament for the second time in three years. A native of Clayton, WIs., Leslie led the MWC in 3-point percentage (.408), free throw percentage (.898), and 3-pointers made per game (2.5), while ranking third in field goal percentage (.428). Leslie also ranked third on the team in rebounding (4.0 rpg), while adding one assist per game this season.
