RIPON, Wisconsin – The Ripon College athletic department earned 161 spots on the Academic All-Midwest Conference team as announced by the league office on Monday.
Ripon had the fourth-highest number of student-athletes on the Academic All-Conference list, trailing just Grinnell (286), Lawrence (177) and Lake Forest (166). Ten members of the women's tennis program received recognition, which tied the conference lead for that sport.
Three Red Hawk athletes were each named to the Academic All-Midwest Conference team for the fourth school year in a row to highlight Ripon individually:

Multiple squads were near the top of the conference leaderboards for their respective sport. Ripon garnered the second-most student-athletes on the Academic All-Midwest Conference teams in men's cross country, women's basketball, men's indoor track and field and men's outdoor track and field.
