RIPON, Wisconsin – Ella Ten Pas of the Ripon women's basketball program has been named a D3hoops.com All-Region selection for the second consecutive season, as announced by the organization on Tuesday.
Ten Pas picked up right where she left off last season, becoming one of the most decorated women's basketball players in program history. The two-time MWC Player of the Year set the Ripon school record for single-season rebounds in her only two seasons as a Red Hawk, and finished in the top-15 across Midwest Conference stats in a number of categories: scoring (fourth at 14.2 ppg), rebounding (first at 10.8 per game), free throw percentage (ninth at 67.6%), assists (t-10th with 54), blocks (third with 40) and minutes (11th at 28.0 per game).
The Oostburg, Wisconsin native set the Ripon school record with her 24th career double-double against Cornell on February 28 – doing so in only two years. She scored at least 10 points in 24 games this season and had 16 games of at least 10 rebounds, finishing with 25 double-doubles in two seasons (14 in 2024-25). Against Final Four participant UW-Stout in the NCAA Tournament, she finished with 16 points, 19 rebounds, four steals and three blocks.
The full Region 9 selections are below.
Ripon ended its 2024-25 campaign with a school-record 23 wins and just five losses. The seven-time Midwest Conference regular season champion Red Hawks tied a school record for consecutive wins (14) and currently own a school record 15-game home winning streak dating back to February 14, 2024.
