APPLETON, Wisconsin – The Ripon track and field programs rounded out regular season competition on Friday night, traveling to Appleton for the Fox River Showdown against Lawrence and coming away with 16 first-place finishes.
On the women's side, the Red Hawks had success in the 1500 as Ripon went 1-2-3 thanks to
Mikayla Flyte (4:53.01),
Joley Berger (4:53.99) and
Gabby Allard (4:59.02).
Madylyn Woyak won the 400 in 1:01.14 in an all-Ripon event while
Bridget Finn (14.85) paced the 100 hurdles field. Finn also won the high jump (1.70m, #5 in Division III) and the javelin (35.59m).
On the men's side,
Seth Bunders won the 200 with a 22.43 showing and the high jump with a top mark of 1.82m.
In field events,
Isaac San Diego won the pole vault with a top mark of 4.32m while
Sidney Hoffa (5.15m) and
Logan Vander Galien (6.69m) won the women's and men's long jump, respectively.
Nicole Arnhold was the top finisher in the triple jump, going 10.31m, while
Lucia McGuiness Rodriguez won the discus (33.46m) and the shot put (8.86m).
Brady Immel took down a Ripon-heavy men's discus field (41.10m) and
Braedy Picard did the same in the shot put (14.75m). Also in throws,
Jada Johnson was the top finisher in the hammer throw (39.05m).

Jacob Davies (high jump) and a pair of 4x400 teams.
