Laney Havlovitz Earns All-Region IX Second Team Honors

RIPON, Wis. -- Junior guard Laney Havlovitz (Wild Rose, Wis., Wild Rose HS) added another major accolade to a record-setting season, earning D3hoops.com All-Region IX Second Team honors following an outstanding year on the court.

Havlovitz proved to be one of the most dynamic all-around players in the region, averaging 14.1 points, 4.3 assists, and 4.1 rebounds per game. Her impact extended well beyond the box score, as she anchored the team defensively on her way to being named the Midwest Conference Defensive Player of the Year.

Throughout the season, Havlovitz consistently showcased her ability to influence every facet of the game. She set new program records for assists in a single season (123) and steals in a single season (88), highlighting both her playmaking ability and defensive instincts.

Her leadership played a key role in one of the most successful seasons in program history. The team finished with a program-record 26 wins while also setting new marks for total points scored (2,163) and total steals (414), establishing themselves as one of the top offensive and defensive units in the region.

The All-Region recognition adds to a growing list of honors for Havlovitz and reflects the impact she made throughout the season. Her combination of scoring, distribution, and defensive presence helped define the team's identity and success from start to finish.
