Mac Shumann is in his sixth year as an Assistant Coach with the Ripon College baseball team. Prior to joining the Red Hawks, Shumann spent three years as Varsity Assistant and JV coach at Menasha High School.
Shumann is a 2008 graduate of Ripon College where he was a corner infielder on three Midwest Conference Championship teams in his four years, advancing to the NCAA Regional Tournament in all three of those years. An All-Conference selection in 2008, Shumann finished his career batting .318 with seven home runs and 91 RBI. He still ranks seventh in school history for career doubles (32).
Shumann currently resides in Appleton with his wife Stephanie.
