Paden joined the Red Hawks staff in 2025, following a standout career as a player for the UW-Whitewater Warhawks.
Paden was a captain of the 2025 National Champion Warhawk team, and was given NCAA All-Tournament honors for his performance in the championships. The year prior, Paden helped Whitewater to a national runner-up finish, and was also award All-Tournament honors. He finished his career with Whitewater recording the seventh most career hits (216) and third most career RBI (183) in program history, while also landing top ten all time in single season saves for his pitching in the 2023 season.Â
He graduated UWW in 2025 with a bachelor's degree in Public Relations and a minor in Coaching. Paden also serves as the Coordinator of Athletic Grounds, Events, and Services for Ripon.Â
A native of Libertyville, Ill., Paden currently resides in Ripon.Â
