Zach Bayreuther is in his third season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Ripon College baseball team. 

A 2013 graduate of Ripon College, Bayreuther was the starting shortstop on three Midwest Conference Championship teams. As a player, Bayreuther played in the second-most games in school history (150) and holds the school record for career walks (94). In his four years on the team, Bayreuther batted .288, with 23 doubles, four triples, one home run, and 62 RBI.

Bayreuther is currently employed as a Recruiting Account Manager at AWI Technology in Appleton.
