Logan Flora

Logan Flora is in his seventh season as an assistant coach for the Ripon College men's basketball team. He came to Ripon from the University of Mary, where he spent three seasons as the Top Assistant coach and Recruiting Coordinator.

During his time at Mary, Flora led all individual workouts in the spring and fall and assisted with scheduling, practice planning and managing of team budgets.

Prior to the University of Mary, Flora spent two seasons as an assistant coach at the University of Minnesota-Duluth where he assisted in scheduling, practice planning, individual workouts and camps.

Flora also spent one season as the Head Coach at UW-Superior, leading the Yellowjackets to their second-most wins since the 1978-79 season and advancing to the conference tournament semifinals for just the third time in school history. Flora also served as camp director and grew the extended team camp from 19 to 32 teams. He served as UW-Superior's top assistant and recruiting coordinator during the prior season.

Flora also spent two seasons as the Director of Basketball Operations at UW-Green Bay. During his time in Green Bay, he administrated day-to-day operations in the men's basketball program, including videotape exchange, coordinating team travel and managing their budget, academic monitoring, on-campus recruiting and scouting reports. Additionally he was in charge of coordinating camps and oversight of team managers and office workers.

Flora came to Green Bay after serving as a graduate assistant coach at Northern State University under legendary head coach Don Meyer. The Wolves compiled a 27-6 record in his one season with the team, advancing to the sweet sixteen round of the Division-II national tournament and losing to eventual National Champion Winona State.

He has additional coaching experience that includes Appleton West, Appleton Xavier and Oshkosh North high schools. While at Appleton West, he helped with a variety of teams. At Appleton Xavier, he was the freshman and JV head coach, leading them to a 32-5 record and winning the conference title in both years. At Oshkosh North he was an assistant coach on a team that finished with a 19-3 record.
